
Executive Accessories (EA) warrants that all products sold through this web site are free from defect in material and workmanship that result in Product failure during normal use, according to the following terms:
- The limited warranty for the Product extends for ONE (1) year beginning on the date of the purchase of the Product.
- The limited warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Product ("Consumer") and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end user.
- During the limited warranty period, EA will repair, or replace, at EA's option any defective parts, or any parts that will not properly operate for their intended use with new items if such a repair or replacement is needed because of product malfunction or failure during normal usage. The limited warranty does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative or structural items due to normal use. EA's limit of liability under the limited warranty shall be the actual cash value of the Product at the time the Consumer returns the product for repair, determined by the price paid by the consumer for the Product less a reasonable amount for usage. EA shall not be liable for any other losses or damages. These remedies are the Consumer's exclusive remedies for breach of warranty.
- The Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to EA in Knoxville, Tennessee. EA shall bear the cost of shipping the Product back to the Consumer after the completion of service under this limited warranty.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the Product, simply return the Product for a refund. Shipping, handling, and engraving charges are not refundable. Special orders are not refundable.
- None of the Executive Accessory pens, pencils, pipe tampers, or letter openers are designed for use by children and must be kept out of their reach. The removable cap on some models may represent a choking hazard, and the pointed parts of the pens, pencils, and letter openers could cause serious injury.
- Do not leave pens where they may leak ink onto other valuable items. Fountain pens should be emptied when transported by air. Changes in air pressure during air transportation may cause the pen to leak ink.
