2002 Winning Tamper

Congratulations to William Witherspoon. His tamper was voted to be the best tamper in the inaugural Custom Tamper Pipe Tamper Carving Contest. William's tamper is highlighted below.

We sent 15 tamper kits out and received four entries. Thanks for all the hard work in carving your tampers. There were a total of 33 votes cast and William claimed 33% of them. For winning this year's contest, William receives:
