If you are like us, rarely do you finish a bottle in one sitting. In order to keep the wine fresh until your next stitting, you need to be able to seal the bottle to keep in the freshness. The bottle stoppers that are offerred at Briar & Brass are chrome plated with silicon rubber “O” rings to seal the bottle. Unlike traditional cork stoppers, the metal stoppers will not transfer taste or smell to the wine in the bottle or to other bottles of wine when repeatedly used.
